The Clifden Arms

The principals and preparation of the food at The Clifden Arms are based on the tradition of fresh home cooked food. Kate and Matt Butcher have created menus to complement the relaxing and comfortable surroundings of this traditional Buckinghamshire pub and restaurant. 

Using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible they have created menus with many regular favourites, as well as specials available for some seasonal dishes. Matt also has an ever changing fish specials board using sustainable fish and shellfish wherever possible.

James and Mike are passionate about creating videos with flair, imagination and creativity. They were briefed by owners, Kate and Matt, to produce a high quality video for their website showing the wonderful characteristics of the Clifden Arms Pub and Restaurant. The business driver behind this project was the need to attract new customers by making their website more engaging and informative.

James and Mike adopted a two camera set up using DSLR cameras, which gave a wide variation of shots to capture the atmosphere. Mike's custom made camera rail was used to add pace and movement. 

Editing is where the magic is added - James and Mike invested a lot of time to carefully edit the footage, create a graphics logo and add background music. The end result is a beautiful video that is engaging to watch and conveys that special essence of the pub to attract new customers.
