Bloxham Mill Business Centre - Customer Testimonial Project. A business focused approach to making video testimonials and case studies.

 

Our new testimonials

Ray Avery, Managing Director at Bloxham Mill and and Debra Jardine, Managing Director of the PDQ Partnership, were keen to emphasise the intangible benefits and personality of Bloxham Mill to all sizes of businesses and agreed that online videos were the answer. They chose Reputation Selling because they were able to add a strong business focus to video production.

We filmed Ray and Debra at Bloxham Mill and they were good at articulating the things they liked about our service and the challenges we had to overcome - all unscipted. We used one camera and no lights or boom microphones as this would have added to their nervousness. Infact we helped them relax so they could talk from the heart.

 

Several videos from the footage

As there were many key messages that Ray and Debra conveyed about Reputation Selling we were able to produce 6 videos in all. Two of them were Ray and Debra giving recommendations and the other four were about aspects of our service and challenges faced. We kept the videos to under 2 minutes and included some background noise to maintain a genuine feel.

 

Business focused

The videos were tailored to illustrate the four main service categories; virtual offfices, meeting rooms, serviced offices and other facilities such as a data centre, gym and hairdresser. It was important that the content of the video conveyed important and useful information that apealed to the target audience.

 

What will they do with them?

They will include the office tour video and the 3 video testimonials we produced for them in their new website. We have suggested that they take advantage of social media channeles such as YouTube, Twitter and Facebook. We will be carrying out Google Analystics to track the number of hits, bounce rates and page dwell time. They will also embed links to these videos via emailers, newsletters and printed materials.
